  • 12-14 pieces mini vanilla wafers Provides a satisfying snap and hint of vanilla flavor.
  • 1 piece banana (sliced) Adds natural sweetness and lovely texture.
Pudding Filling
  • 1 package 3.4 ounce package Banana Cream Flavor Instant Pudding For a smooth, creamy consistency.
  • 1 package 3.4 ounce package JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding Elevates the flavor for a rich filling.
  • 2.5 cups cold milk Essential for blending the puddings.
Topping
  • 0.5 cup thawed refrigerated Whipped Topping For garnish, adds a light finish.

Method

Preparation
  1. Arrange mini vanilla wafers on the bottom of the pie crust.
  2. Arrange banana slices on top of the vanilla wafers.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together pudding mixes and milk with a whisk for about 2 minutes until thickened and creamy.
  4. Pour the pudding mixture into the crust over the banana slices and vanilla wafers.
  5. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm.
  6. Garnish with whipped topping, mini vanilla wafers, and sliced bananas before serving.

Notes

For the best flavor, use ripe but not overripe bananas. Consider using homemade whipped cream for extra richness. You can fold in crushed vanilla wafers into the pudding mix for added texture.
