Ingredients

Main ingredients
  • 2 large large tortilla wraps Soft and pliable tortillas for your cheesy creation.
  • 75 g grated Red Leicester cheese Adds creaminess and sharpness to the flavor profile.
  • 1 sugar snap pea Brings freshness and resembles a pumpkin stem.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (fan).
  2. Prepare the first tortilla wrap by using a round cutter to make two holes for the eyes.
  3. Cut out the features: Slice two small rectangles for the nose and carve a smiling shape for the mouth.
  4. Place the second uncut tortilla on a baking tray and evenly sprinkle grated Red Leicester cheese over it.
  5. Carefully place your decorated tortilla on top of the cheese-covered one.
Cooking
  1. Slide the tray into the oven and bake for about 8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden brown.
  2. Once cooked, insert the sugar snap pea into the top of the quesadilla.
  3. Allow it to cool for a few minutes before tearing it apart and enjoying!

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a dash of taco seasoning to the cheese before baking. For a vegan option, use dairy-free cheese and gluten-free tortillas.
