Method

Cooking Chicken
  1. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken pieces, seasoned salt, and black pepper.
  3. Cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken is golden and cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes. Set aside to cool slightly.
Preparing Dressing
  1. In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, kosher salt, and remaining black pepper until smooth.
  2. Toss in chopped romaine to coat with the dressing, then add ¾ cup parmesan cheese and toss gently again.
Assembling Wraps
  1. Lay out tortillas on a clean surface.
  2. Distribute a quarter of the dressed romaine on each tortilla, followed by chicken pieces and halved grape tomatoes.
  3. Top each with an additional sprinkle of 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly, tucking sides in to enclose the filling completely.
  5. Slice each wrap diagonally for presentation.

Notes

For extra crispiness, consider grilling or toasting the wraps after assembling. Variations include using grilled shrimp or roasted vegetables instead of chicken.
