Method

Cooking the chicken

Combining ingredients
  1. In a mixing bowl, add the shredded chicken, hummus, hot sauce, and seasonings. Stir until well combined.
Assembling the wraps
  1. Lay a wrap flat and spread about 2 heaping tablespoons of the chicken salad across the center. Top with lettuce and carrots, then tightly roll the wrap.
Cutting servings
  1. Using a serrated knife, slice the wrap into four pieces.
Serving
  1. Arrange sliced roll-ups on a plate and serve with crunchy celery sticks and a veggie dip.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider marinating the chicken in olive oil, garlic, and hot sauce for a few hours. Use a variety of wraps for visual appeal or different preferences. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.
