Method

Preparing Your Oven and Ingredients
  1. Preheat your oven to 350° F (175° C) and lightly spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. Set aside.
Sautéing Onions and Peppers
  1. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced onion and green bell pepper, cooking and stirring occasionally until the peppers soften and the onions caramelize.
Cooking the Shaved Steak
  1. Increase the heat to medium-high and add 1 pound of shaved steak.
  2. Toss with tongs until the steak is mostly browned but still slightly pink.
  3. Pour the previously set aside mixture over the steak and stir until thoroughly coated.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Stir the sautéed onions and peppers back into the skillet and mix.
  2. Slice the Kings Hawaiian Rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls connected at the bottom. Set aside the tops.
Assembling the Sliders
  1. Place the bottom halves of the rolls in your prepared baking dish and spread the meat and vegetable mixture over the tops.
  2. Overlap provolone cheese slices over the meat mixture.
  3. Return the tops of the buns.
Preparing the Butter Mixture
  1. Mix 3 tablespoons of melted butter, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, 2 teaspoons of brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon each of garlic and onion powder, and 1 teaspoon of thyme in a small bowl.
  2. Drizzle this mixture over the tops of the sliders, using a brush for better coverage.
Baking the Sliders
  1. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Remove the foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
  3. Serve immediately while warm.

Notes
