Ingredients

For the pie
  • 21 ounce strawberry pie filling Juicy and vibrant, provides fruity sweetness.
  • 10 inch graham cracker crumb crust Crispy and buttery, serves as the base.
  • 1.5 cups cold milk Essential for achieving the right texture in the pudding mix.
  • 2 packages (3.4 oz each) instant cheesecake pudding mix Creates a smooth and velvety filling.
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip, thawed Adds a fluffy texture to the filling.

Method

Preparation
  1. Pour 1 cup of the strawberry pie filling into the graham cracker crust and spread it out evenly.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the instant cheesecake pudding mix and cold milk. Whisk together until thickened.
  3. Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip until the filling is smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture onto the strawberry layer in your crust and spread it evenly. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
  5. Before serving, top each slice with the remaining strawberry pie filling.

Notes

For added texture, consider adding crushed strawberries to the cheesecake mixture. Use a premade crust for quicker preparation, or make your own. For different flavors, try swapping the strawberry filling for blueberry, raspberry, or even a chocolate ganache.
