Preparation

  2. Pat it dry on both sides with a kitchen paper towel.
  3. Combine parsley, rosemary, thyme, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, lemon pepper seasoning, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the turkey and rub it in thoroughly.
  5. Divide the seasoning mix into two halves and rub each portion evenly over both sides of the turkey breast.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 365°F (180°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Spray or brush the air fryer basket with a light coating of cooking oil.
  3. Carefully place the seasoned turkey skin side up into the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 40-50 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Resting

Notes

For extra flavor, consider marinating the turkey overnight. For crispier skin, increase the temperature during the last few cooking minutes.
